開頭段：

一般要以記敘文的形式寫出以下三個內(nèi)容：
1: 不能做某事的緣由；
2：對方能夠諒解你的理由
3：衷心希望對方能夠諒解；

注：除了道歉信中間段落需要寫成記敘形式，其余五種書信都應(yīng)該寫成議論形式。不管是記敘還是議論，中間段落第一句都應(yīng)該寫一個概括性質(zhì)的“主題句”——這是我們的原則！
