抑郁癥休學(xué)初三
我是一個(gè)初三學(xué)生,我曾經(jīng)患有抑郁癥,這讓我失去了學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力和興趣。我嘗試了很多方法來克服它,但每次都失敗了。最終,我決定休學(xué)一年,尋找更好的治療方法。
在這一年里,我經(jīng)歷了很多挑戰(zhàn)。我開始感到孤獨(dú)和無助, my mind was always wandering and I couldn\’t focus on anything. I even missed my school\’s bus and had to walk 20 minutes to school every day. But I didn\’t give up. I knew that I had to find a way to overcome this problem.

現(xiàn)在,我 back to school, my mind is more focused and I enjoy learning more. I still have to work hard to achieve my goals, but I know that I can do it. I will continue to seek help and support from my family, friends, and professionals to overcome my depression and reach my goals.
